November House Prices Rise More Than Expected

Washington, DC, Jan. 22, 2015 — U.S. house prices in November rose more than economists anticipated.

Prices increased 0.8% on a seasonally adjusted basis from October, the Federal Housing Finance Agency said.

Economists were expecting a 0.3% increase.
