Fairlawn, OH, April 5, 2010–Omnova Solutions Inc. said it will increase prices on all acrylic, styrene acrylic and vinyl acrylic emulsion polymers by 4 cents per wet pound.
The hike, effective April 15, is for all specialty markets, including coatings, tape and adhesives, floor care, graphic arts, nonwovens, textiles and construction.
Omnova said the increase is necessary because of the increasing cost of raw materials.
