Pending Home Sales Up 1.1% in March, Says NAR

Washington, DC, April 30, 2015—U.S. pending homes sales rose for the third straight month in March, the National Association of Realtors reports.

The indicator rose 1.1% to a 108.6 level, which indicates that the home market is firming up.

The indicator is based on contract signings for purchases of previously owned homes.
