Pergo Changes Annual Meeting Date

Trelleborg, Sweden, Feb. 18—Pergo’s annual meeting will be held on April 22, instead of May 8 as announced previously.

The date change was made because the firm felt the matter of the merger of Pergo and Witex should be presented to the shareholders as soon as possible.

An information brochure regarding the merger will be distributed to the shareholders at the beginning of April.
