Baar, Switzerland, Oct. 27, 2010 — Pergo said it filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the Düsseldorf Regional Court against German-based Dekor-Kunststoffe GmbH, a large coated-paper manufacturer.
Pergo said the patent covers the manufacturing of laminate floors featuring a special scratch protection coating marketed by Pergo under the brand name TitanX Advanced Surface Technology.
