Pergo Gets Favorable European Patent Ruling

Dallas, TX, Dec. 8, 2014 -– The Board of Appeals of the European Patent Office confirmed the validity of a Pergo patent that protects a one-piece fold-down locking of wood fiber flooring planks, Pergo said.

The patent has a priority date of February 1999 and was already confirmed to be valid by the Opposition Board of the European Patent Office on March 15, 2012.
