Neumarkt, Germany, Feb. 1, 2011 — Pfleiderer AG said that Wolfgang Haupt is leaving his seat on the Supervisory Board as of March 1 for personal reasons.
Haupt has been a member of the board since Jan. 1, 2005. He acted as chair of the Audit Committee and also belonged to the Nomination Committee.
