Polley Joins Dixie

Chattanooga, TN, Nov. 25 –David Polley has joined the Dixie Group as vice president of marketing. Polley will also lead the company¹s efforts to become a more important participant in the residential carpet market.

Dan Frierson, Dixie¹s chairman and chief executive officer said, ³We are pleased that David has accepted the challenge to lead and grow our residential business at a time when we are focusing on making it a more significant part of our business.”

Polley, whose career in the residential carpet business spans more than 40 years, has earned a reputation as a highly respected industry leader. He was formerly president of Mohawk¹s residential carpet business, president of World Carpets and president of Lee¹s residential carpet business.
