Neumarkt, Germany, January 22, 2008 – Private equity firm One Equity Partners Europe GmbH has apparently acquired a 15% stake in Pfleiderer AG, owner of Pergo laminate flooring.
The investors have also told Pfleiderer that it does not intend to take over the firm but will simply become a major investor.
