Perstorp, Sweden, May 25–Sydsvenska Kemi has confirmed the sale of its 14.3% share of capital and votes in Pergo to Explorer Capital Investments.
The divestment was prompted by Sydsvenska Kemi’s desire to restructure itself in order to concentrate its resources into becoming a speciality chemicals company.
The transaction increases Explorer Capital Investments’ share in Pergo to 15.2%.
