Houston, TX, February 15, 2008–Tarkett said it will raise prices on its commercial resilient tile.
The company cites increasing global demand for raw materials such as plasticizers and resins, and higher energy costs as reasons for the increase.
Prices will increase 4 to 7 percent, effective April 7.
Tarkett President Gilles de Beaumont said Tarkett would try to increase efficiency to offset the increases.
