Dallas, TX, Sept. 30, 2008–Unilin has filed a lawsuit before the district court in Delaware against Tarkett Inc, Clarion Boards Inc. Clarion Laminates LLC and AT Clarion Group LLC.
The case is directed against Tarkett’s activities in the U.S. and against the activities of its joint venture with Aconcagua located in Clarion, Pa.
Unilin claims that these companies infringe patents regarding Unilin’s glueless locking technology for floor panels.
