Bertrange, Luxembourg, April 17, 2008—Unilin said it has concluded a settlement and a license agreement with Power Dekor on the Domotex Shanghai fair for the manufacture and sales of laminate flooring products with Unilin’s patented glueless technology.
This agreement also ends litigation proceedings between the Unilin Group and Power Dekor in the United States.
