Dover, DE, May 21, 2014 — Uzin Utz AG broke ground on a 53,000-square-foot facility in Dover.
It will be the first U.S. based dry mortar plant for the German firm.
The family-run company specializes in flooring installation systems, leveling compounds, damp-proofing systems, adhesives for textile, resilient coverings and wood flooring.
The plant will also include a research and development center as well as an application area for testing and customer training.
The firm plans to have the facility operational by next April.
