Viken, Sweden – July 3, 2008–The Austrian Patent Court has confirmed the validity of Välinge’s angle/snap installation method.
This patent is the Austrian validation of the Välinge same European patent, which the European Patent Office has already confirmed.
The case was filed by EFP Floor Products and its customer INKU, which requested that the patent be revoked.
